Great for additional accountability

Love this app! Able to make some great habits stick with easy setup, tracking abilities, and user friendly enough to just check the habits you performed. I like tracking my numbers at the end of the week and seeing where I can improve daily. Highly recommend for those who need the additional accountability when youre not in the office.
