Forced a subscription

I didn’t want a subscription only a free trial. I couldn’t cancel my trial and now I’m being charged $20 for this app even AFTER sending the developer an email asking for them not to charge me for a subscription. I feel completely forced into buying this app since there wasn’t a clear way to cancel after the 7 day free trial and I don’t even think it’s worth $20.

Edit: I have just attempted to contact them a 4th time and still haven’t heard anything about a refund. Screw these thieves.
