Sleezy opt out

There is no easy way to opt out of premium within the app itself. By downloading it you’re auto enrolled into premium, which auto-renews for 1 year at $19.99.
To disable this you have to go into the ITunes Store and disable.
I didn’t find this app much more useful than reminders that comes with the phone. Sure am happy I just spent $20 on it!
