Constant offers to upgrade make the free version unusable

The free version constantly is bugging you to upgrade/ start the free trial, which I don’t want to do. Pop up windows prompting me to upgrade appear all the time. In order to navigate from one page to another I have to say no, again, to the trial. I can deal with some advertising but this is too much, and makes the app incredibly annoying to use. Opening the app? You’ve got a say no to the upgrade. Want to add a new habit? You’ve gotta say no to the upgrade. Want to edit a habit? You’ve got to say no to the upgrade. Come on guys. Also- no I am not paying a subscription to use this app. I need it to do a pretty simple thing, which the free version does fine (besides the constant upgrade prompts) and I think the amount you end up paying is way more than the app is worth. I’m deleting this annoying and impossible to use app.

Unauthorized upcharge

Became aware of a $19.99 charge to my iTunes account that I did not authorize or want.

HYFR

THIS APP RIGHT HERE IS BANANAS

??

So far so good, I’m so new to the app I haven’t even checked out it’s ‘paid’ features because everything I needed is free. I can tell that I’m going to wish some of the paid for features were free eventually, but for now I just needed something that can help remind me of things

Lacking simple features

Reply to developer: Thank you for your reply to my review. However, I will not pay for a basic feature that most other apps give you for free. I have already deleted your app and replaced it with one that does pretty much everything your does and more without making me pay. I’m all for supporting developers, I know how much work goes into it, however I just can’t get behind it when it’s making people pay for something so basic that every other app on the market like it lets you do it for free. If this one thing were changed, I’d give a much better rating and even redownload it to give it another try. As it is now, I can recommend. I really wanted to love this app but you can’t choose a specific time to do your habit or task. You can not tell it to remind you at 1:00pm, for example. You can only say remind me morning, noon or night. Useless as a reminder app of it can’t do something as remind me at specific times.

Production

Hard to get to work with to many steps .

Obtrusive Pop-Ups

I wanted to try this app out to see if it was what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do that because it’s constantly badgering me to pay before I can even see what it’s like to use.

Great habit tracker

I’ve tried to build habit tracking into other tools like GQueues and Wunderlist and find this app to be more straightforward, direct and easy to use for setting goals for new habits and tracking them. The suggested habits are on the mark and easy to use, and the feature for adding new habits lets you customize for your specific needs.

Best one out of many!

I have tried and downloaded a lot of habit tracking apps and none of them worked with the specific feature I wanted. What I need in a habit tracking app is that once I have marked a habit as done for the day, I want it to move to the bottom of the list and either disappear or marked as grey. So that I only see the habits I still need to work on. I have many habits I’m trying to work on. Whether that’s a good idea is a different question, lol! :) I found another app, Done, which sort of does this by giving an option to sort, but it also isn’t as clear. Other than that I’ve tried HabitBull, Habitica, Momentum, and none of them has this extremely important feature. Productivity also has a badge to show the number of remaining habits of the day. It’s a pretty nifty app.

Very hard to work

Very complicated and not friendly at all. Anytime I try to schedule something it takes me to a menu that has no function. Also keeps asking to upgrade. I didn’t like it. I appreciate if you make it more simple and direct to the point.

Useful but annoying

Seems like a great app, if you upgrade you get rid of ads. Unfortunately if you don’t intend to pay just learn to enjoy the onslaught of annoying pop up ads.

Restore purchase doesn’t recognize previous purchase

I just downloaded this app again and realized the developers change this one-time purchase app to subscription-based app. Kinda pumped. But I read a review on here saying that pressing on restored purchase will grant me my app back without the subscription. So I did. But the app didn’t recognize it and said I don’t have active subscription. Urggg.

Awesome App

This app keeps me so organized. Best app yet!

Great app

It really helps me get my things done. I have a very busy life and it’s easy to Forget to do things fitness or otherwise. 55.I definitely recommend this app.

Fun and simple but limited and many ads

This app appealed to me because it looked colorful and fun. It is those things. I found it easy to use and liked the icons and color choices. One downside for me is that it’s limited to three times of a day. I did add a few regular reminders. Thing is, I’ve been using My Home Routines for several years and segment my days a bit more finely than three parts. Using emoticons to label my tasks is a bit more work but does add some fun and color. Not wanting to abandon Productivity just yet, I thought to use it just for new habits that I want to embrace. As I was deleting the tasks already put in and adding a new one, I found the ads for their subscription to be intrusive. At one point my work was interrupted by a new screen with one. Seems like half the menu is about subscribing. Even though I expect ads in a free app, I don’t expect them to interfere. And as a personal choice, I prefer a one time purchase to an ongoing subscription. I would likely buy a paid version of the app. Instead I’m uninstalling it ?

Good but could be better

This app is gorgeous but I really wish it had these two features: 1. Graphs/charts option to view your progress, instead of just the streaks + numbers view 2. The option to add bonus actions you completed that day that aren’t repeating goals, and you’d be able to review not only the goals you’ve reached but the additional things you’ve accomplished that are more of one time tasks than repeating goals.

Like simplicity. Would be 5 star with charts

I really like the simplicity of setting up goals and reminders along with not having the clutter of excessive graphics. However, it would be nice to have a charts and graph feature built into the premium version to show your progress over the past week/month/3 months/year.

Only lets you set a couple of habits

Cant use the app properly without paying MONTHLY for it. What a sham

Pay for a subscription? $3.99

This a great app but instead of having a option of buying it like they used to have now you have to subscribe currently at $3.99 a month. This subscription trend is something we as consumers need not support. If you think you will just use the 5 reminders for free and not subscribe think again. The ads to subscribe are near ever present! Why not give consumers a way to buy it once for a higher price. It looks like they can raise the rate any old time they choose (fine print) meaning you will have to pay more or get a new app. Highly annoying for me as a consumer. It’s a good app. However the way they are forcing ads on you is annoying. DON’T SUPPORT THIS TREND. Please rate all these subscription type apps with one star and then just don’t buy them. If you support subscription apps soon that is all we will have. As consumers you have a voice. They won’t give you a choice later if they want to raise rates. This type of pricing is not consumer friendly and should not be supported by the marketplace.
